Then at 5 pm she would race out of her office, fight traffic again to be at the center at no later than 5:30 pm. Pick up her two kids who are tired and hungry from the day care center, rush home to make dinner for her, the kids and her husband who did not get home from his job till after 6 pm (and left in morning before the kids even got up). Eat, play for a short time with the kids and then bath the kids and get them into bed by 7:30 pm (on a good night).

Go back, clean up the kitchen. Start some laundry so the little one can have some clean sock tomorrow. Sit down in front of the TV with her husband. Try to relax for a while. Kiss her husband good night. And crash around 10 pm just to get up the next day and do it again.

She felt constantly rushed, pushed and felt disconnected from her family. The reason she took job in her chosen career was so she could provide a good life for her family.

But she was having doubts. She was spending at most 3 hours a day during the week with her children most of it was not fun or fulfilling but rushing them to the next thing that had to be done.
